The second Khagan of the Uighur Empire (reigned 747-759). His real name was Maen-tetsu. He was awarded the title of "Yingwuweiyuan" by the Tang Dynasty. He made great contributions to the establishment of the Uighur Empire by helping his father, Kutluk Boyla (Gunli Pei Luo), also known as Qul Bilge Khagan. From 755, he sent troops to the Tang Dynasty, which was suffering from the An Lushan Rebellion, and came to have close ties with the Tang Dynasty. The Sine-Us Inscription is his memorial inscription written in Turkic script.

ウイグル帝国の第2代カガン (在位 747～759) 。本名は磨延啜 (まえんてつ) 。唐から「英武威遠」の号を贈られた。父のクトルク・ボイラ (骨力裴羅)，すなわちキュル・ビルゲ・カガンを助けてウイグル帝国の建設に功績を立てた。 755年から安史の乱に悩む唐に援軍を派遣し，唐と密接な関係をもつにいたった。シネ・ウス碑文は突厥文字で書かれた彼の紀功碑文である。
