Intermaxillary bone - Gakkankotsu
The incisive suture is the part of the maxilla that grows the incisors. It is a separate bone found in many mammals, but in humans it is usually completely fused to the maxilla, although a remnant of its separate form, known as the incisive suture, can sometimes be seen. It was discovered by Goethe in 1784 and is also known as the Goethe suture.
