They are made from natural ingredients and are divided into animal-based and plant-based fragrances. Animal-based fragrances are endogenous products extracted from animals' reproductive secretions using solvents, and include musk, civet, castore, and ambergris, and the variety and production volume of these is extremely limited. All of them are expensive and used as ingredients in luxury perfumes.
