...One of Morita's basic approaches to psychotherapy is to encourage the activation of the natural healing power (normal psychology) that humans possess, and the second is to break the vicious cycle of emotional attachment that is the basis of the formation of neurosis. Morita therapy is also called bedside therapy, occupational therapy, and experiential therapy, and as these alternative names indicate, it has behavior-centered techniques.
