...The most famous theological and academic achievement of this sect is the commentary on the Brahma-sutra written by Śrīkaṇṭha (14th century?), called the Shaiva-bhaśya. (2) Kashmir Shaivism This sect, which was particularly influential in the Kashmir region, is also called Trika. Originally, it seems to have had the same scripture as the Shaivism mentioned above, but after Basgupta wrote the Siva-sutra in the 9th century, it became more inclined towards non-dualism, and its theological foundations were formed by his disciples Bhatta-Karrata and Somananda.
