Cardioid - Cardioid

Cardioid - Cardioid

A curve expressed by the equation r = a(1 + cosθ) for polar coordinates rθ. It is also called a heart shape. A cardioid is drawn as the locus of fixed points on a circle when a circle with the same radius outside the circle rolls around the circle without slipping. A curve expressed by the generalized equation r = acosθ + b is called a limacon.
