Kasamatsu

Gymnastics, a technique used in men's vaulting competitions. A cartwheel jump with a 3/4 twist and a back flip. It is named after Shigeru Kasamatsu, a gymnast who won the gold medal in the team all-around at the Munich Olympics (1972). It is also called the Kasamatsu jump. 体操、男子跳馬競技の技。側転跳び3/4ひねり後方かかえ込み宙返り。名称はミュンヘンオリンピック（1972年）団体総合で金メダルを獲得した体操選手、笠松茂から。カサマツ跳びともいう。
