Kakeri

Japanese: カケリ

It is also written as "Sho". It is the name of a Noh play. The drums are played on the large and small drums, and the flute is played on the ashirai. It is used in the performances of the asura-like suffering of the spirits of samurai (such as in "Yashima" and "Tadatsune"), or the madness and excitement of madness (such as in "Sumidagawa" and "Hanjo"). There are also simplified versions of this in Kyogen (such as "Hoshigahaha" and "Kanaoka").

Kakeri

It is also written as "翔". It is the name of the musical accompaniment in Nagauta and Kabuki. It originates from the Kakeri of Noh and is used in scenes such as the entrance of a mad woman or in battle scenes.
