Household rice price method

...Types 1 to 5 were classified according to place of origin and variety, and grades were divided into three categories through inspection, with price differences determined for each. The government selling price was based on the household rice price method. This method does not calculate a fixed price like the producer rice price, but sets a limit on price increases.
