In reality, this is for the purpose of a delegation of collection, but in some cases, a normal transfer endorsement is made formally, which is called a “hidden delegation of collection endorsement.” Its legal nature is divided into: (1) the trust endorsement theory, which holds that all rights on the bill are transferred to the endorsee by this endorsement, but the endorsee can only exercise the rights on the bill for the purpose of collection; (2) the entitlement theory (authority theory), which holds that the rights on the bill are not transferred, and the endorsee is merely given the qualification of a right holder on the bill and the authority to exercise the rights of the endorser in his own name; and (3) the new relative transfer of rights theory, which holds that the rights on the bill are not transferred between the parties who endorse, but are transferred in a relationship with a third party, but that a third party can expose the delegation of collection relationship and claim that the rights have not been transferred to the endorsee. …
