…Originally it meant someone who agreed or cooperated, but in the Sengoku period, when a daimyo organized its vassals, the warriors who were incorporated into the group of a senior vassal (busho) who acted as a yori-oya and followed his command were called yori-ki, yoriki, yori-ko, doshin, etc. Of these, doshin were counted in relation to a certain number of yoriki's knights, and it is said that they were mainly from the local headman class.
