Sake from Nagano. The name of the sake comes from the strange festival "Onbashira Matsuri" at Suwa Taisha Shrine. This is a honjozo sake that can be enjoyed either cold or hot. The rice used is Shirakaba Nishiki and Yoneshiro. The brewing water is underground water from the Hachibuse mountain range. The brewery "Toshimaya" was founded in 1867. 長野の日本酒。酒名は、諏訪大社の奇祭「御柱祭り」にちなみ命名。冷やでも熱燗でも飲める本醸造酒。原料米はしらかば錦、ヨネシロ。仕込み水は鉢伏山系の伏流水。蔵元の「豊島屋」は慶応3年(1867)創業。所在地は岡谷市本町。
