Osteocalcin

Japanese: オステオカルシン
Osteocalcin
Also known as bone matrix Gla protein, it is a bone matrix protein produced by osteoblasts and is also present in the blood. It has calcium binding ability because it contains gamma-carboxyglutamic acid. Vitamin K is required for the synthesis of the mature molecule.
