Okuyugawara

...Yugawara began to develop rapidly after the opening of the Tanna Tunnel in 1934. Today, the hot spring town extends beyond the traditional hot spring area to the Hirogawara (also called Oku-Yugawara) area and the area around Yugawara Station. There are about 100 inns and 40 private lodgings and pensions.
