The Okutadami Dam is a reservoir lake on the Tadami River, a part of the Agano River system, in an area that stretches from Uonuma City, Niigata Prefecture to Hinoemataka Village, Minamiaizu County, Fukushima Prefecture. Located within the Echigo Sanzan Tadami Quasi-National Park, sightseeing boats are available on the lake from spring to autumn. In 2005, it was selected as one of the 100 best reservoir lakes by the Water Source Environment Center Foundation. It is also known as Ginzan Lake. 新潟県魚沼市から福島県南会津郡桧枝岐(ひのえまた)村にまたがる地区、阿賀野川水系只見川にある奥只見ダムのダム湖。越後三山只見国定公園内に位置し、春から秋にかけては湖上遊覧船が就航する。2005年、財団法人水源地環境センターによりダム湖百選に選定された。「銀山湖」ともいう。
