...Meanwhile, a new studio was built in Shimo-Kamo, Kyoto (1923), and this Shimo-Kamo studio was closed once (1925), but after Bando Tsumasaburo Productions (Bantuma Pro) and Kinugasa Teinosuke's Kinugasa Film Alliance used it to produce films in collaboration with Shochiku, it once again became the base for Shochiku's period drama productions, and Shochiku entered the Kamata-Shimo-Kamo era. Eventually, a new studio was built in Ofuna, Kanagawa Prefecture, and the Kamata studio was closed (1936), and the "Kamata style" was succeeded by the "Ofuna style." In addition, the former Makino Talkie studio in Uzumasa, Kyoto was purchased (1940) and became Shochiku's Kyoto Second Studio. ...

…一方，京都下加茂にも新スタジオを建設(1923)，この下加茂撮影所はいったん閉鎖された(1925)が，阪東妻三郎プロダクション(阪妻プロ)や衣笠貞之助の衣笠映画聯盟が松竹との提携作品をつくるために使ったのち，ふたたび松竹時代劇製作の拠点となり，松竹は蒲田･下加茂の時代へ入った。やがて神奈川県大船に新スタジオが生まれるとともに，蒲田撮影所は閉鎖され(1936)，〈蒲田調〉は〈大船調〉へとひきつがれた。また，京都太秦の元マキノ･トーキー撮影所を買収し(1940)，松竹の京都第二撮影所とした。…
