〘Noun〙 A festival at Oharano Shrine in Nishikyo Ward, Kyoto City. In the past, it was held every year on the first day of February and the second day of November. It was discontinued during the Muromachi period, but was revived in 1865 and is now held on April 8th. Noh plays are performed, following the example of the festival at Kasuga Taisha Shrine in Nara.
