Osawa [town] - Osawa

...A city in the southeastern part of Saitama Prefecture. In 1954, the towns of Koshigaya and Osawa were merged with Sakurai and seven other villages to form Koshigaya Town, which became a city in 1958. Population: 298,253 (1995).
