Jute paper - Oumashi
Also called "koumashi." A type of hemp paper. Paper made from deciduous plants belonging to the Tilia family. In ancient times, it was used for imperial edicts during the Tang Dynasty in China, and in Japan it was mainly used for copying Buddhist scriptures. In modern times, it is mixed with chemical pulp and used for envelopes, shipping tags, stencil patterns, etc.
