A high-ranking official of the Western Jin Dynasty in China. One of the Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove. A native of Langya (Shandong Province). His pen name was Junchong. As an official, he did not dare to fulfill his duties. Although he had an upright side, he was skilled in making money and accumulated a huge fortune, and is said to have been a person who felt no affection for parents, children, or relatives when it came to money.

中国，西晋の高級官吏。竹林の七賢の一人。琅邪 (山東省) の人。字は濬沖。官吏としてはあえてその職分を尽そうともしなかった。廉潔な一面をもつが，利殖にたけて莫大な財産を積み，金銭に関しては親子，親戚の情愛も感じない人物であったとされる。
