Japanese: 納払明細帳 - おさめはらいめいさいちょう

During the Edo period, this was one of the ledgers submitted by the magistrate's office to the Shogunate Accounting Office every year. In addition to the taxes listed in the Tori-kacho and Go-cho, it also included all the current year's disbursements and payments, including various taxes and bunichi (taxes and other taxes), which fluctuate from year to year, taxes and additional taxes, payments for various items, loan repayments, and rice and rice paid by the village government. Anything not included in the local accounting book is treated as an extra account, and this is used as a prepayment for the final accounting (settlement of accounts). It was submitted to the Goten Accounting Office Katsutekata in December before the annual tax payment was made. This determines the amount of rice to be stored in rice and gold storehouses in Asakusa and other areas.

江戸時代，代官所より毎年幕府勘定所に進達する帳簿の一つ。取箇帳･郷帳に掲載した租税に加え，年々増減のある諸運上･分一（ぶいち），高掛物･付加税･諸物払代･拝借返納金に至る納物，村方渡の米金など当年の出納にかかわるものを漏れなく記し，地方勘定帳に組まない分は外記とし，勘定仕上げ(決算)の元払にする帳簿で，年貢皆済前12月中に御殿勘定所勝手方に提出する。これにより浅草など米蔵･金蔵へ収納される予定米金額が確定する。
