…Graduated from the Naval Academy. While he was a student at the Naval Academy, he frequented the Daigakuryo dormitory run by Masahiro Yasuoka and the Tenkento party run by Mitsugi Nishida. In 1928, he gathered young naval officers together to form the Oushikai, and was an early central figure in the naval young officers movement.
