Golden ratio
The ratio of a quadrilateral. 1:1+√5/2. Approximate value is 1:1.618. This rectangle is called the "golden rectangle." The origin of this idea dates back to the Pythagorean school in ancient Greece before Christ. The golden ratio has long been known in Europe as the most beautiful rectangle, and is used in the Venus de Milo at the Louvre Museum, the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, the Parthenon temple in Greece, and other monuments.
