A chronology-style chronicle covering the years 1180-1589 (Jisho 4-Tensho 17). 1 volume. It lists the names of successive chief advisers, shoguns, regents, Rokuhara tandai, kanrei, Kanto kubō, Kanto kanrei, Mandokoro, and Monjusho shitsuji, with notes on their official titles, lineage, etc., and also lists important events for each year. The author and date of its creation are unknown, but it is believed to have been created around the end of the Nanboku-cho period and continued to be written thereafter. The 1180-1580 portion was reprinted by the Yoritomo Association in 1937 and included in the Enlarged and Continued Shiryō Taisei.

1180‐1589年(治承4‐天正17)にわたる年表風の年代記。1巻。関白，将軍，執権，六波羅探題，管領，関東公方，関東管領，政所および問注所執事について，歴代の人名を記して官名，世系等を注記し，各年の重要事件もあわせて記載する。作者，成立年代ともに不詳であるが，南北朝末ごろに成立し，以後書き継がれたものという。1180‐1580年分が，1937年頼朝会から翻刻され，《増補続史料大成》にも収められた。
