According to Shu's view, the principle of organization and operation of the Japanese "original organization" Iemoto is the "kintract principle" that reflects its complex nature. It is a compromise between the "kinship principle" of the Chinese "original organization" "Tsu" and the "contract principle" of the Western "original organization" club (free association), and refers to a form that combines automatic full participation in a fixed hierarchical order, such as in blood-related groups, and obligatory limited participation in free association. …
