[Died] 23 October 632/633, Hatfield Chase, Doncaster. King of Northumbria during the Heptarchy (reigned 616-3 632/3). Converted to Catholicism by Paulinus. Claimed dominance over other countries and invaded Scotland. Died in battle against Penda, King of Mercia.
