A county in the Eastern Han Dynasty of China. Located in the western part of Yunnan Province. The county seat is now Baoshan County. It was originally the home of the Ailao Yi (Ailao Yi), but was subordinated to the Later Han Dynasty under Emperor Ming and became Yongchang County. During the Tang Dynasty, it belonged to the Nanzhao Dynasty. It was a strategic location on the Burma Route. 中国，後漢時代の郡。雲南省西部の地。郡治は現在の保山県。もと哀牢夷 (あいろうい) の住地であったが，後漢明帝のとき服属し永昌郡となる。唐代には南詔に属した。ビルマ・ルートの要地。
