Eikando Temple

Japanese: 永観堂 - えいかんどう
Eikando Temple
The common name for Zenrinji Temple, the head temple of the Jodo sect of Buddhism, Seizan Zenrinji school, located in Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City. It is named after Yokan , the founder of the temple's revival in the late Heian period.
