Right-wing Goryeo music

...The current concept and style of Goryeo music can be traced back to the mid-9th century, when various continental music and dances had undergone various stages of adoption. The gradual wave of change generally referred to as the musical reform of the Ninmyo period (833-850) is thought to have produced a left-right division system that was compatible with the court system of the time, and to have promoted a reorganization into the left Tang music and right Goryeo music (left and right). The right Goryeo music unified the music of the Three Kingdoms, which was gradually introduced and established from the 5th to 7th centuries, and the music of the emerging country of Balhae, which is said to have been introduced in the first half of the 8th century....
