Uchiyama Kongojoin Eikyuji Temple

...This temple was founded by Emperor Toba's precept teacher Kan'ei. It was founded in the Eikyu era (1113-18), so the temple's name is the same as that year, but it was actually called Uchiyama Kongojoin Eikyuji. During the Nanboku-cho period, Emperor Go-Daigo stayed at this temple after the fall of Kasagi Castle.
