Born November 10, 1894. Father of Koichiro Ueda and Tetsuzo Fuwa. After working as an elementary school teacher and principal, he moved to Tokyo in 1925. He became the principal of Hibarigaoka Children's Village Elementary School in Chigasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture. In 1929, he was a member of the "Tsuzurikata Life" magazine, and in 1931, he founded the "Kanen Kojo" magazine. After the war, he served as editor-in-chief of the "Nihon Kyoiku Shimbun" newspaper, among other positions. He passed away on October 19, 1958. He was 63 years old. He was from Kochi Prefecture.
