〘Noun〙 Pottery produced in Ibe, Bizen City, Okayama Prefecture. It is one of the Bizen wares, and is a representative example. 〘名〙 岡山県備前市伊部から産する陶器。備前焼の一つで、その代表的なもの。釉(うわぐすり)を用いず、はだ全体に鉄分を混ぜた化粧土を薄く塗って光沢をつけ、黒みがかった色合いに焼く。※風俗画報‐一五八号（1898）器財門「尹部焼(インベヤキ)は尾州和気郡尹部〈古名忌部村〉に於て製す」
