Born January 28, 1881. Second son of Yanosuke Iwasaki. Studied applied chemistry at the University of London and returned to Japan in 1903. Established Asahi Glass in Amagasaki, Hyogo Prefecture in 1907. Started manufacturing plate glass. Died October 16, 1930. Age 50. Born in Tokyo. Graduated from First Higher School.
