A type of steamed dish. Grated yam is placed on top of the ingredients, steamed, and finished with a sweet bean paste. It is often made with light ingredients such as white fish fillets. 蒸し物の一種。すりおろしたやまのいもを材料の上にのせて蒸し、仕上げにあんをかけた料理。白身魚の切り身など淡泊な材料を用いることが多い。卵白を泡立て、すりおろしたやまのいもと混ぜ合わせて用いることもある。
