Inugiri - Inugiri

...The bark exudate contains a lot of tannin and was used for tanning leather and as a dye for fishing nets. It is also known as oil tree, poison perilla, cantaloupe, and yamagiri. Tung oil is also obtained from A. fordii Hemsl. and A. montana Wils. in China and A. moluccana Willd. (candlenut tree) in the Pacific Islands, and is cultivated widely in China and Taiwan.
