A longitudinal metal member with a cross-sectional shape such as an L-shape or a C-shape. In particular, when made of steel, it is called shaped steel, and there are various cross-sectional shapes determined by mechanical rationality and ease of use, such as angle steel (equal and unequal), channel steel, I-shaped steel, and H-shaped steel, which are widely used as structural materials for machinery, buildings, bridges, etc. The most widely produced shaped steel is aluminum alloy extrusion, which is used for building materials, decorative components, etc.
