Ippon (Judo)

…Even if a saikomi-waza is declared, if any part of either of the wrestlers' body is touching the ground, the saikomi-waza is considered to be continuing. (5) Match The match is decided by throwing or pinning, and ends when either of the wrestlers gets a ippon. If the match is not decided within the time limit, it will be decided by a superiority win or a draw.
