A type of labor dispatch business. A labor dispatch company dispatches workers to other companies, not just those employed on a full-time basis, and requires permission from the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare. With the revision of the Labor Dispatch Law in 2015, the distinction from specific labor dispatch businesses was abolished.
