...In the case of a request for payment, Article 9 of the National Tax Collection Law and Article 14-2 of the Local Tax Law are applicable. This is called the "general priority of taxes" (also simply called the general priority or tax priority). However, if the priority of taxes is recognized too strongly, it could undermine the safety of private transactions.
