The Ise Kagura Uta is known as the Ise Kagura Uta, which was originally sung by the Kagura performers of the various shrines in the Outer Shrines of Ise, and is thought to be the third oldest after the Mikagura Uta and the song in the Ryojin Hisho. The Kagura in which this song was sung is the Yutate Kagura, in which hot water from a kettle is offered to the gods and the water is used to purify people's souls. It is said that the Yashiro Kagura originally performed at the various shrines in the Outer Shrines was combined into the Shimotsuki Yoriyai Kagura. …

…【北川 忠彦】(3)民間の神楽　民間神楽(採物神楽，湯立神楽，獅子神楽など)においても〈神楽歌〉または〈神歌〉その他の名称でうたわれている。伊勢神楽歌として知られるのは，もと伊勢外宮各社の神楽役の人たちが歌っていたもので，御神楽歌や《梁塵秘抄》の歌に次ぐ古いものと思われる。この歌が歌われた神楽は，釜の湯を神に献じて，その湯で人々の魂を清める湯立神楽で，もと外宮各社で行っていた社（やしろ）神楽が霜月の寄合神楽にまとめられたものだと言う。…
