Although it is an animal of little use, in the Yanagawa area of ​​Kyushu, what is commonly called Ishiwake or Hanawake (it is unclear which species it is) is eaten in miso soup, while in the Mediterranean, a species called Anemonia sulcata is eaten, which is said to taste like an omelette. Also, in Micronesia, they eat the red sea anemone.
