…　1964年，国際てんかん連盟International League Against Epilepsy(ILAE)によって癲癇の国際分類が提唱され，69年の改訂を経て，81年，第2次の改訂案が提出された。この改訂案は部分発作を意識減損の有無によって，意識減損のない単純部分発作と意識減損のある複雑部分発作に分けたのがその特色である。意識減損は注意や反応様式が変化して外部刺激に正常に反応しえないことと定義されたが，感情発作のほか記憶障害発作，認知発作，錯覚発作などの軽度の意識障害を示す発作型までが単純部分発作に分類されたため，若干の異論を生じている。…
