Sake from Ishikawa. The name of the sake comes from the fact that Minamoto no Yoritomo's beloved horse "Ikezuki" was born in Makiyama, Notojima, and the character "Ikezuki" was used to name it. There are Daiginjo, Junmai Daiginjo, Ginjo, Junmai, and Honjozo varieties. The rice used is Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku. The brewing water is from underground water from Mt. Bijo. 石川の日本酒。酒名は、源頼朝の愛馬「生唼(いけずき)」が能登島牧山の産であったことに由来し、「池月」の字をあてて命名。大吟醸酒、純米大吟醸酒、吟醸酒、純米酒、本醸造酒がある。原料米は山田錦、五百万石など。仕込み水は眉丈山の伏流水。蔵元の「鳥屋酒造」は大正8年(1919)創業。所在地は鹿島郡中能登町一青ケ部。
