...A Japanese newspaper published in Los Angeles, USA. It was founded in April 1903 by Masaharu Yamaguchi, Seijiro Shibuya, and Eitaro Iijima (originally published as a mimeograph, and then printed on November 3rd of the same year). The company changed hands several times, but was reorganized as a joint-stock company in October 1908.
