It is located in Nishigo Village, Nishishirakawa County, Fukushima Prefecture, upstream of the Abukuma River. It is also called "Kashi." Calcium carbonate spring, 42°C. There is a record of its discovery in the 14th century, and in the Edo period, Matsudaira Sadanobu, the lord of Shirakawa Domain, visited the hot springs. 4km east of Koshi, there is Shin-Kashi Onsen, which drew water from Koshi in 1961 and has been designated as a national health resort.
