Yasuna Abe

Japanese: 安倍保名 - あべのやすな

A character from the Kojoruri play "Shinodazuma."
A samurai from Abeno, Settsu (Osaka Prefecture). In the Shinoda forest in Izumi (Osaka Prefecture), he rescues a fox that was being chased by Ishikawa Akuemon, the younger brother of the onmyoji (exorcist) Ashiya Doman. He marries a woman who is the incarnation of a fox, and the child born is said to be Abe no Seimei. This story gave birth to the Gidayu play "Ashiya Doman Ouchi Kagami" and the Kabuki dance "Honame".

古浄瑠璃(こじょうるり)「しのだづま」の登場人物。
摂津阿倍野(大阪府)の武士。和泉(いずみ)(大阪府)の信太(信田)(しのだの)森で陰陽師(おんようじ)芦屋道満の弟石川悪右衛門におわれた狐(きつね)をたすける。狐の化身の女とむすばれ,生まれた子が安倍晴明とされる。この話は義太夫「芦屋道満大内鑑(かがみ)」や歌舞伎舞踊「保名」などを生んだ。
