Waza

…Subsequently, under the electoral monarchy, Sigismund II's nephew was elected King of Poland as Sigismund III, and his sons Władysław IV and Jan II Kazimierz were elected Kings of Poland. Although these kings were indeed of Jagiellonian descent, they are often referred to as the House of Waza, derived from the house of Vasa (the house of Vasa) of Sweden, the father of Sigismund III.
