Aburako (Aburabouzu) - Aburako

...The name probably comes from the fact that the head has no spines, ridges, or protrusions, and the meat is oily. In Hokkaido, it is called Aburako or Aburabou. It lives in the North Pacific Ocean from central Honshu northward, and is distributed as far east as northern California.
