Abakan Tatar - Abakan Tatargo

The language is also called Abakan Tatar or Yenisei Tatar, based on the place name. As of 1989, there are approximately 80,000 Khakass people in the former Soviet Union, 80% of whom speak Khakass as their mother tongue.
