Starting from the bottom, there is the four-petaled mooladhara cakra, located at the perineum; the six-petaled svādhiṣṭhāna cakra, located at the navel; the ten-petaled maṇipūr cakra, located just above; the twelve-petaled anāhata cakra, located near the heart; the sixteen-petaled viśuddha cakra, located at the throat; and the two-petaled ajñā cakra, located between the eyebrows.
